By accessing and using AJEY smart glasses, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AJEY provides AI-powered smart glasses and a mobile application that enables:

• arrow_right Smart home device control
• arrow_right Real-time information and navigation assistance
• arrow_right AI-powered conversational interactions

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

You acknowledge that improper use of the smart glasses may result in accidents or injuries, and you assume all responsibility for safe usage.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AJEY and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

7. Voice Data and AI Processing

By using AJEY's voice control features, you consent to the processing of your voice commands to provide AI-powered assistance. Voice data is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AJEY. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that AJEY shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJEY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

10. Warranty Disclaimer

AJEY does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Product Warranty

AJEY smart glasses come with a limited hardware warranty. For specific warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures, please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product or contact our support team.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
